I agree to the terms & conditions: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound for myself, my Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, do hereby release any and all sponsors of this pageant, and their representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all liability arising from an accident or injuries I may suffer as a result of my participation in this pageant. I attest and verify that I am physically able and willing to perform the necessary duties associated with this pageant. I also understand and agree that any sponsor may subsequently use for publicity and/or promotional purposes my name and/or photographs, videotapes, motion pictures and recordings of my participation in the event without obligation or liability to me. I also understand that entry fees I pay are not refundable. I have read the foregoing and certify my agreement on behalf of a minor participant for whom I am legally responsible.

Any Special Skills or Talents? TALENT RULES: No longer than 60 seconds. You may NOT bring/request background music. For example: you cannot play a karaoke track to sing with or request a song to dance to. Any props must small enough to be carried on/off by the child only. For example: a child can carry a kazoo or magic trick with them, but a parent may not set up equipment on their behalf.
